Aerosmith's Steven Tyler is one of the artists chosen to perform at this year's Nobel Peace Prize Concert this Thursday in Oslo, Norway. The concert takes place the day after the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, which will honor two human-rights activists, India's Kailash Satyarthi and Pakistan's Malala Yousafzai, for "their struggle against the oppression of children and young people, and for the right of all children to education."
Tyler commented, "I am excited to bring rock 'n' roll to this incredible night, honoring some of the world's most courageous activists."
The Nobel Peace Prize Concert is broadcast around the world, both on television and online: check NobelPeacePrizeConcert.org to find out when and where to watch the show.
Meanwhile, Tyler is seen hanging out with Desmond Tutu on his Facebook page.
