They are always a completely entertaining rock and roll escape from life and everything that’s happening in the world. And that’s what they set out to do every time they take the stage.
Guitarist Phil Collen said as much in an interview with Syracuse.com. “I have very strong political views and I could easily write politically motivated songs, but that’s not what the band is about,” Collen said. “Music isn’t about politics. We’re in the escapism business.”
