After the unanimous jury verdict in the much-hyped “Stairway To Heaven” trial, in which Led Zeppelin was cleared of plagiarism of a song called “Taurus” by the band Spirit, the band’s label is now going after the plaintiffs in the case to recoup their legal fees.
Things have gone south for the plaintiff’s attorney Francis Malofiy since the trial, as he’s also been suspended for unprofessional behavior and litigious misconduct.
