MOTLEY CRUE-In Trouble Again

Motley Crue have another legal headache — they’re being sued over unauthorized use of photos.

The band is being sued by photographers Neil Zlozower and Barry Levine for using three-decade-old photos on merchandise sold during last year’s Final Tour. The lawsuit was filed today (Tuesday) in federal court in New York. The two photographers say that they took the shots in their studio using their own equipment, and own the copyrights.

Zlozower and Levine are seeking profits from the sale of the merchandise featuring their photos, as well as damages and attorneys’ fees.
