Bon Jovi will do a special rehearsal show for their upcoming full album concerts next month.
The gig September 30th at the Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, New Jersey, will allow the band to get the kinks out of playing This House Is Not for Sale all the way through before their shows October 1st show at the Basie, October 10th in London, October 17th in Toronto and October 20th in New York.
The rehearsal is also a benefit for Phil Murphy, who’s running for the 2017 Democratic gubernatorial nomination in New Jersey. Murphy sent out an E-mail and tweet asking supporters for a donation, starting at $5, to his campaign which entitles the donor to a chance to attend the rehearsal. Murphy and Jon Bon Jovi have made several appearances together at political events over the years.
