Iron Maiden’s New Brew Now Available In U.S.A.

People love Iron Maiden’s beer line, and the band is back with a third brew, a limited edition porter named Trooper Black and Red.  The name comes from the band’s 2015 song “The Red and the Black”, and that’s what the beer does when held up to light, shifting colors between the two.

Iron Maiden has been in the brewing business since 2013, first with Trooper beer and then a Trooper 666 variety featuring 6.6% alcohol.  Of the new variety, singer Bruce Dickinson says, “Stouts and porters were virgin territory for me.  So I just went by feel. [Robinson’s Brewery head brewer] Martyn [Weeks] and I hope we have created a new take on a classic beer and one which I hope will tickle the taste buds of ale fans in a pleasantly unexpected way.”

You can easily find a retail location near you using Iron Maiden’s “Beer Finder” HERE.
