Former Triumph frontman Rik Emmett has released the first single from his new album, Res 9.
“Human Race” features a contribution from fellow Canadian and Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson, and the album reunites Emmett with his Triumph bandmates Gil Moore and Mike Levine for their first studio recording together since 1987 on a track called “The Grand Parade.” Lifeson also plays on another song on Res 9, which will be out on November 11th.
