Ozzy Osbourne’s ex-mistress, Michelle Pugh, has amended her lawsuit against his daughter Kelly.
The complaint now accuses Kelly of targeting her for financial gain. Michelle alleges that Kelly “stimulated controversy for the purpose of making money” and promoting her upcoming book. She also accuses Ozzy’s youngest daughter of publicly disclosing “private facts” and for causing “intentional infliction of emotional distress.” Apparently at issue are angry tweets Kelly sent out when the affair came to light earlier this year.
Pugh lawyer Edie Mermelstein tells People: “Yes, we have free speech in this country but this is more than free speech. This is hate speech and it’s defamatory and it incites bullying and discloses personal information, and that’s when it rises to a different level.”
The lawsuit alleges that Ozzy told Michelle he was planning to divorce Sharon and that she kicked him out of the house in May because of “arguments involving financial issues and control [and] not his infidelity.”
Ozzy and Sharon have since reconciled.
