Ozzy Osbourne’s ex-mistress, Michelle Pugh, has settled her lawsuit against his daughter Kelly privately. (People)
Shortly before the agreement was reached, Pugh had amended her claims, alleging that Kelly had targeted her for financial gain. She accused Kelly of stimulating controversy in order to promote her upcoming book and publicly disclosing “private facts” which intentionally caused Pugh “emotional distress.” At issue were a series of angry tweets Kelly sent out when the affair came to light earlier this year.
Pugh’s lawyer Edie Mermelstein told People that the tweets were a form of hate speech. He claimed they were were defamatory, incited bullying and disclosed personal information.
The lawsuit also alleged that Ozzy told Michelle he was planning to divorce Sharon and that Sharon kicked him out of the house in May because of “arguments involving financial issues and control [and] not his infidelity.”
Ozzy and Sharon have since reconciled.
