It was last year that Rush mounted their R40 tour, what they said would be their final full scale tour. While the band is on hiatus, we apparently haven’t heard the last from them, which they commented on a few weeks ago when the band was awarded the keys to the city of Toronto and had a park named after them. You can see them discuss Rush’s future in the video below.
Their final tour was documented on the “R40 Live” release, but this new film, called “R40 Time Stand Still” offers “a raw, intimate and vivid” look at R40, an exploration of the unique relationship Rush have with their devoted fans, and promises “an emotional conclusion.” Narrating the film is actor Paul Rudd.
