Snowpocalypse? Chiberia? Forecasts Say Yes

First it was the Farmer’s Almanic, and then a litany of legitimate forecasters assessed weather patterns and agreed that this winter could be colder and bring more snow than normal.  You can now add AccuWeather meteorologist Bob Smerbeck to the list of those who expect Chicago to be an ice box this year.  He’s predicting 45 inches of snow, above our average of 36 inches.  And he’s also saying it could be a prolonged winter with snows coming in November and persisting until March.
