Fan footage continues to stream out of the weekend’s classic rock megashow in California, and Desert Trip’s second weekend is set to get underway this Friday with a line-up that includes The Who, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney Neil Young and Roger Waters. And Waters again displayed his political activism with a scathing attack on Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, who, at the same time as Waters’ performance was onstage with his opponent Hilary Clinton at the second of three pre-election debates.
As Waters performed the Pink Floyd classic “Pigs (Three Different Ones), images of Trump doing the Nazi salute and dress as a Klu Klux Klan member flashed on the screen. And the iconic inflatable pig hovered over the audience with anti-Trump graffiti.
