Sammy Hagar wants his fans to know that this week’s announcement that he has signed on for the Rock Legends Cruise in 2018 means he’ll actually be performing on the ship.
He says, “Hardcore Reheads remember that a while back I worked with two cruises where I wasn’t on the ship. The Wabos and (believe it or not) Ronnie Montrose and [my son] Aaron Hagar went on the cruise and then I met them at the docks in Cabo and we marched to the Cabo Wabo and did a show. Back then I was afraid of getting seasick, but now they have better meds and I’m in and will be on that ship from beginning to end — so lets make it memorable!”
The Rock Legends Cruise with Sammy sets sail from Fort Lauderdale, Florida on February 15th, 2018. This coming January’s cruise, which is sold out, features REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Leon Russell, Todd Rundgren, Don Felder and many others.
