Sammy Hagar’s listed his Hawaiian oceanfront villa for just under 3.3 million dollars. The Los Angeles Times says the 9.8-acre property has three bedrooms, ocean views, a 1500-square-foot saline pool (with an island in the middle, because why not?), a tiki bar and a guesthouse.
