Heads up… Taco Bell will unleash the “Naked Egg Taco” in Chicago on August 27. A Taco Bell press release says it’s “created with a masterful shell made entirely of a fried egg… the reimagined breakfast taco delivers a mouthful of crispy potatoes, bacon or sausage, and cheese tucked in a fried egg.” If you’re surprised in any way by a fried egg taco shell, remember… this is the same chain that gave us a taco shell made out of fried chicken (which was also oddly delicious).
