There’s no restaurant more metal than Kuma’s. And as of this week, they’ve found a metal way to do vegan burgers. They’re now serving Impossible Burgers… vegan burgers that include something called heme, which Impossible Burgers says “makes meat smell, sizzle, bleed, and taste gloriously meaty.”
Yes, these vegan burgers bleed. That’s metal.
Kuma’s is using Impossible Burgers to create their new burger “CONVERGE,” which according to their Facebook page includes a 6oz Impossible Burger, cherry tomato jam, avocado mash, vegan cheddar, vegan roasted garlic mayo, baby arugula and red onion.
To repeat… KUMA’S VEGAN BURGERS BLEED LIKE RED MEAT. Because of course they do.
