KISS- A Sneak Peak

KISS kicked off the Freedom to Rock Tour, appropriately enough, on the Fourth of July in Tucson, Arizona.

While most of the shows on the tour are in arenas, Monday’s was outdoors, where the temperature was 102 degrees. Imagine the added misery of makeup, costumes and onstage pyro.

The set list included a few songs they don’t regularly play, including “100,000 Years,” “Beth” and “Shock Me.” They surprisingly omitted “God of Thunder,” the song during which Gene Simmons spits “blood” and he instead did it going into “I Love It Loud.”
