Former AC/DC singer Brian Johnson has been appointed as the first patron of the Graham Wylie Foundation, which helps children in northeast England through music therapy. Wylie is the founder of software giant Sage.
The Brian Johnson Music Therapy Room was opened in the Sarasota Memorial Hospital in 2008. The instruments and memorabilia in the room were donated by the John Entwistle Foundation, named for the late bassist of The Who. Johnson lives in the Sarasota area.
