As we await the arrival of Metallica’s tenth studio album “Hardwired…To Self-Destruct” on November 18th, the band is getting back in action with some just-announced concerts in Latin America, and on August 20th, played at the opening of US Bank Stadium which will serve as the new home for the Minnesota Vikings in Minneapolis.
The new album will come on double c.d., vinyl and digital download with twelve songs and nearly eighty minutes of music. Also available will be a bonus disc with the riffs that formed the origins of the album, and a newer song the band has included in their live sets over the past few years, “The Lords of Summer”.
As for the Minnesota concert, here is an “all-angle” look their performance of “Sad But True”.
