Bret Michaels is still hoping for a Poison reunion in 2017 that will include a tour with Def Leppard.
Michaels mentioned in various interviews during the summer that the tour would happen, which came as a surprise to the Leppard guys. Guitarist Phil Collen commented that he didn’t know what Michaels was talking about but said he did know that Def Leppard would be touring in 2017.
Now in a new interview with New Jersey’s Bergen Record, Michaels is once again pumping up the idea of the tour. Michaels says, “I’m beyond thankful for Rikki [Rockett] and C.C. [DeVille] and Bobby [Dall]. These guys are an important part of my life and I’m hoping that Poison and Def Leppard can tour together next spring.”
Def Leppard and Poison toured together in 2009 and in 2011.
