Foo Fighters fans signed petitions and made music videos to get the band’s attention. A group of South American Metallica fans have something a bit different in mind.
The Flag ‘Em All group has launched a campaign to construct the world’s biggest Metallica flag in hopes that the band will display it on their world tour for Hardwired…to Self Destruct.
The campaign was launched by Jonas Rivero in Uruguay and Metallica flags are being sent to him from around the world to create one big flag. Rivero tells TeamRock: “We want to show that our love and passion for the band are stronger than any religion, ideology or nationality. One single flag that will symbolize our love and commitment to the band.”
