Two weeks into the fan vote for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s Class of 2017, Journey are in the lead.
The Rock Hall cracked down on repeat voters, precisely computer software that continually votes, and instead of having millions of votes like Chicago did last year, Journey have just over 65,000. They’re followed by ELO with just under 61,000 and The Cars with 57,000. Joe Tex brings up the rear with close to 5500 votes.

Fan voting is open until 11:59 p.m. ET on December 5th at RockHall.com. The Top 5 artists selected by the public will make up a “fans’ ballot” that will be tallied along with the other ballots to choose the inductees.
