Lynyrd Skynyrd’s shows tonight and tomorrow night in Vegas have been cancelled. The band posted to Facebook, “Johnny Van Zant has a family emergency of the greatest degree. Lynyrd Skynyrd looks forward to returning to The Golden Nugget in 2017.”

Johnny Van Zant was hospitalized in July for “discomfort in his chest,” which was diagnosed as bronchitis.
