Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones is a married man again, having recently said “I do” for the second time with ex-wife Ann Dexter-Jones.
The couple married in 1985 and divorced in 2007 after 22 years of marriage. Ann told the New York Post, “We’ve been quietly working it out. We decided the second time around we would elope to the exotic location of City Hall. We never stopped loving each other.”
Mick and Ann have two children together: actress-director Annabelle and recording artist Alexander Dexter-Jones. And he is stepfather to her three other children — musician and producer Mark Ronson, designer Charlotte Ronson and DJ-artist Samantha Ronson.
Commenting on the marriage, Mick said, “It ‘Feels Like the First Time’ all over again.” And speaking of hit Foreigner songs, 1984’s “I Want to Know What Love Is” was written for Ann.
