Well, you can scratch that “Zeppelin playing in a desert” reunion off the rumor list. The organizers of the Desert Trip event, which last year featured Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Roger Waters, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney and the Who, confirmed that there won’t be another event this year.

The story broke on Billboard yesterday, with Desert Trip promoter Golden Voice saying “(Desert Trip) was a special moment in time. Maybe someday in the future we’ll do something similar.”
